When I read public feedback, I try to remember that people often write reviews when something particularly good or bad happens. That means ordinary experiences might not be represented as often, which could affect the overall impression. Is this something you take into account when comparing companies? I'd be interested to know whether you look for neutral, detailed accounts as well as strong praise or criticism, and how much those balanced reviews influence your judgment.

There is a noticeable difference between a review that simply gives a rating and one that explains what influenced the person's opinion. Specific comments provide more useful context because readers can understand which aspects of a service are being discussed. When researching online platforms, I would rather spend time reading a few detailed reviews than scrolling through dozens of vague statements. For this reason, could be one of the resources to examine when gathering information about the platform. I would also consider how recently the comments were published and whether their claims can be checked against other sources. No single review page offers a complete picture, but thoughtful reading can help distinguish useful observations from unsupported conclusions.
